Mark’s hippo table needs a name, can you help?
Mark’s ‘Walk on the Wildside’ hippo table has been relaxing in the member’s lounge at the Leander Club for some time now (their mascot is a hippo so it’s very fitting) and has become part of the club’s history. But it’s without a name and we think it’s time that it was given one. We would like to give YOU the opportunity to choose it!
Put your thinking caps on and pick a name – submit your suggestion using the form above and you will be entered into the competition.
Entries close on Monday 31st May 2021 and the winner will be picked at random from all qualifying entries as part of the Leander Club’s June launch party celebrations. The winner will receive an Amazon gift card to the value of £100 (or closest equivalent in local currency, depending on your location).

The draw will close at midnight on 31/05/2021 – entries submitted after this date will not qualify. The Leander Club will be managing the competition, all submissions will be sent to them directly via the web form. The draw will take place in June at the Leander Club summer decking party. The Leander Club will draw and contact the winner within 10 days of the draw date taking place. The prize for the winning entry is an Amazon Gift Card to the value of £100 (or the closest currency conversion if they are not based in the UK). The gift card will be in the form of an E-voucher and will be sent to the email address submitted with the entry so please ensure that it is entered accurately. You may submit a first name only or first and second name as an entry. One form submission equals one entry. You may enter as many times as you like. Vulgar or inappropriate names will be automatically disqualified from the competition. There is no monetary alternative for the prize. The Leander Club reserves the discretion to disqualify non-conforming entries – their decision will be classed as final.
